Phil was an absolute star! Had one side of our double glazing crack on the kitchen door and he came out next day to size it up and take it away for replacement. He closed the hole up well to ensure no leakages whilst the window was out, and was only in the property around 20 minutes so I didn’t have to put a hold on my whole day. He didn’t try to sell me anything extra and the price quoted was what I paid, and it was very reasonable! He even fixed our dodgey back door lock whilst he was here. Turn around was a week, which I thought was fantastic considering it was a bank holiday and after calling to say it was ready, it was fitted within the hour. Highly recommended!

I had six uvpc windows jammed shut. Phil replaced all the locking mechanisms in no time and at a cost far cheaper than other quotes. Don't bother to look anywhere else now that you're reading this.....you've found the right place! If I could, I'd give more than five stars!
Phil came to see what could be done with my front door. I live in the house from hell and the door is a big nuisance. Phil worked so thoroughly, taking hinges off, stripping down, ensuring maximum tightness for a better fit. A perfectionist, he then filed a touch off to add a final improvement. The price was peanuts, he must havè spent a good 2 hours on the door when I suspect he was finished for the day and just came as a favour. But above all the professionalism, thoroughness and knowledge, Phil was kind. A kindness you seldom get these days. I m having a bit of a tough time at the moment and his kindness was so welcome. A true, genuine chap, recommending 200%. Thanks :)
